And guess what? I just read an overwhelming article about overcoming self-imposed limitations…
Breaking through the limits…
Keep going harder…No matter the consequences…Don't stop until exhaustion…
It's all about pushing beyond limits...
If we push past the limits…We will make our dreams and goals a reality…
Cherry on the cake...What we can learn from the Navy SEALs, Marines Corps or high level athletes…
Ok then...Let's look at the number of depression cases in elite sports or suicide rates in the Navy SEALs…!!
Sure we can work ourselves to death until we break physically and mentally….Welcome to the age of burnout!
I find it problematic that people are still advocating this philosophy and totally ignoring mental health red flags…
True, we always make decisions to keep everything within our comfort zone…
True, the comfort zone is the biggest enemy to human potential...Nothing grows there …
I’am not saying that we shouldn’t expand this zone and continuously attempt new things in life…
But this doesn’t mean that we need to push hard until we overflow our cup with anxiety and fear…
We can always grow in a balanced and healthy way…
We just need to ignore the limits!
If we put our mind to it…And with full confidence, all these imaginary fences will collapse...
We will naturally extend our limits…
We will flourish...
And remember…There is absolutely no limit to what we, as Women, can accomplish…!!
