This is my Pain Cycle. What’s Yours?

Menstrual cramps, pregnancy discomfort, Endometriosis, labor pains, breastfeeding, menopausal symptoms….Our physical & emotional pain never ends!...

I thought I’ll break free from my "female pain cycle" after having my 3 boys…

But…few weeks ago, I met Diastasis Recti*...

The pain was so unbearable that I decided to let go of wanting to block it or fight it…

This was the magical moment when I decided to consciously befriend my pain...

I understood and accepted pain as a natural part of my life as a woman & mother...

My pain cycle finally became my close, 'invisible’ friend…

Women are indeed born with pain built in...

Looking forward to welcoming Menopause!🙃
