Meet Morocco’s iconic and influential women’s right activist- Aïcha Ech-Channa

She spent years of devotion empowering women and helping single mothers across Morocco. She founded the association "Solidarité féminine" (ASF) for the defense of women’s rights and abandoned children.

Her activism is recognised at national and international level and she is awarded globally for her remarkable work.

Moroccans lost a great woman. May God bless your soul in heaven. You will always be remembered as an icon of feminism in Morocco and beyond!
