I’ve been inspired by a great leader- Paul Polman. In his first visit to Casablanca office as CEO; people obviously asked him "what kind of CEO he would be"...he answered telling us one of his favourite stories “would you rather be the carrot, the egg or the coffee bean?”***. His words inspired me for the past 13 years I worked in the company...this story gave me perspective, how to view and handle things that are happening around me.
Inspiration do matter! It is not just words, it can impacts careers and the future of organizations.
We need inspiring leaders to step forward and take the helm of leadership. It is the only way we can create a postive impact and culture.
