I was watching Michael Mann's classic movie “Heat” this WE and Michael Cheritto’s memorable quote made me reflect back on my “own juice”!
I personally feel a great deal of excitement in the heat of the action and it only gets better when the stakes get higher…The satisfaction that comes when finishing something challenging gives me a great sense of accomplishment and it is this feeling that always motivates me to go an extra mile…
Keeping busy becomes a source of pride!
But when I explored pausing for periods of time to do absolutely nothing; I quickly realised that slowing down connects me to myself…
The “Action IS the juice” but we can always slow down the pace without “losing the juice”!!
Simply Unstoppable!
