They never admit when they don’t know or have made a mistake. They have all the answers!
People always walk around them on eggshells fearing their abusive response!
They always make their team feel uncomfortable, insecure and frightened even when they are on top of their game!
They never show vulnerability and motivate by fear!
Their authoritarian behaviour and stubborn mindset is always mistaken for strength!
Welcome to the “Reign of Terror”…
The simple and straightforward truth of the matter is that these leaders are just insecure!
If you are working with one of them just remember one thing- don’t take anything they say to heart…What they say and do is a reflection on them- not us!
Stay authentic and true to yourself! Who knows…you might end up making them better human beings!
